Miller Construction - Moorgate Primary Care Centre - Bury
In
2008 Maxwell Interiors had the pleasure of working in collaboration
with Miller Construction on two major projects. Moorgate Primary Care
Centre was a new build development for Millers, positioned in what soon
will be the new town centre development for Bury City.
We started on-site some months before expected, helping to protect much
of the interior tradesmen from the weather by fixing temporary weather
sheeting around the entire building prior to window installation. Our
primary contract was to fix the insulation and western red cedar cladding
to the building exterior. This totalled nearly 13,500 linear metres
of cedar! Further contracts continued to supply roofing perimeter cladding,
skylights and window flashings.
We also won the contract to supply four reception desks and back units.
